“The Holy of Holies” In this Holy of Holies None shall pass!!! Pomegranates of blue and purple Scarlet yarns around its hem The most sacred place on Earth Where the blood of the lamb was spilled 25,000 cubits long 10,000 cubits shall be its width Incense and cherubim Thus commands the Lord, our God Chorus: When the tabernacle curtain falls The world shall be as truly saved Christ, the priest, has made the way for us Not even death, can doom us all When the tabernacle curtain falls Life abundant makes itself known All for one, and one for all The hope that comes from God alone The Law declared once upon a time Goats and sheep, ‘tis these you must slay The sacred ritual, calling on God To cleanse the ills of our souls Now Jehovah sings a different tune One of hope and salvation To call upon the name of Christ Death is all but destroyed The Most Holy Place is now in our hearts The curse of sin and pain no longer keeps us in fear Every day, a new beginning Infinite love, life everlasting is here [Chorus] And so, with God by our side We, the warriors of Christ, march on Towards the new Holy of Holies To the heaven we now call our home

Let us give thanks to the Lord our God For it is right and just Pray for us, oh, the people of God Our time of need is upon us The time is now, the will is His Oh God, Almighty Father In the unity of the Holy Spirit One God forever and ever Chorus: Hear our petitions, Lord we pray Deliver us from the evil one Snuff the snake out by its neck This, we pray, thy kingdom come (2x) Freedom from the shackles of sin The truth of love and obedience The stars and heavens are full of Your glory Hosanna in the highest Hear us now, the hope in our hearts Must be met by You alone Hear our petitions, Lord we pray Thy will be done [Chorus]

A tale as old as time itself The child has strayed, yet the father forgives Thus is the nature of God himself Love everlasting he gives Justice and mercy, go hand in hand When healing the wounds of iniquity Blessed be God, for He is good Come in our hearts, make us holy Chorus: All hail the great Yahweh The Alpha and Omega We mere mortals are not worthy That you should enter under our roof Now is the time to kneel in awe At the Father who gave his Son’s life So that none may perish but that all may be free of sin and strife Filthy rags are what come of our deeds Hands that sow death and sin You, oh Lord, are the watchmaker We are but your humble tools It was told at the beginning of time Spoken to Adam, the son of Man Inscribed on that page, those poignant words, Genesis 3:19 [Chorus] “In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; you are dust, and to dust you shall return.” God in Heaven, has all that He needs Omnipotent and all-knowing But in His love he gave up His Son So we may share in paradise The devil flees in overwhelming terror When confronted with the Truth That neither powers nor principalities Could separate us from Christ’s love

Bonedust II 18:01
Women and children stood and stared As the God made flesh was brought to his knees Never before could anyone have thought That this is how it would end Pre-Chorus: Jesus Christ, the Son of God Suffered and died in fervent love The dust of his bones driven into the wood By the nail of our betrayal Chorus: On the cross on Calvary The fate of the world would never be the same All will know and all will bow At the Name Above All Names ‘Into Your hands I commend my spirit’ Those last words uttered would be ‘Save Him, Lord’, they cried to no avail Had the God they loved suddenly failed? [Pre-Chorus] [Chorus] (2x) The hours passed, the nights grew long All hope was as good as gone Was it all just lies and deception? Was he not the Messiah? Then one morning, on the third day The impossible was made true The Son of God restored their morale By doing what no man could do Death is no more! Life comes to us all! Freedom from our sins! Every knee shall fall! (2x) [Chorus] God resurrected, on the third day Jesus Christ is reborn Now we sing in humble joy For what has been done for the Kingdom Save us oh Lord, make us whole Let it be done according to Your Word We are forever indebted to You For the sacrifice on that Cross [Pre-Chorus] [Chorus] (2x) The infinite Sacrament, transcending time His Body and Blood, at the altar of the mass Keeps us in perpetual state of grace And puts us at the foot of the Cross For on the night that He was betrayed He held in His hand, and giving thanks He said ‘Take this, all of you, and eat of it For this is my Body and my Blood’

about

This album is nothing like any of the others I have done. "Bonedust", under the pseudonym Bonedust, is a Christian themed black/death metal album entirely put together by yours truly. This is my first time incorporating lyrics and vocals into my work, hopefully to good effect. Enjoy!
